The roads have too many pot holes.

From Greengate Lane, to beamont Leys Lane, all the way to Red Hill Way the roads are filled with Pot Holes, Cracks and dips which when driving over cause major issues to our tyres and wheels. Can anything be done to fill the pot holes or level out and smooth the surface? They are on the side of the road and sometimes in the middle.
