Road signs not working

Reported via iOS in the Road traffic signs category by Paul heward at 15:47, Wednesday 31 January 2018

Sent to West Sussex County Council 2 minutes later

The A27 Shoreham Fly over heading east is suffering from highways neglect and lack of maintenance. I.e. Original roads signs damaged and out of order for years. If you can't fix them then remove them. Also the lights on overhead gantries not working and again it has been like this for years and finally approaching the Holbush roundabout sign saying new layout ahead. Well that has been there for over a decade. What do you do when you inspect road signs ? I presume it is only done in the day times or you miss the obvious need to do something about it

Updates

  • Was informed that this report went the wrong place and could not be forwarded on due to Data protection rules. What a load of old pony. This is public domain stuff so just an excuse not to do something!

  • Gave reported this to Highways England directly. I won't hold my breath as the signs have been out of order for years and other signs next to them saying signs out of order!
