Completely destroyed Concrete style Manhole Cover

There is a near enough completely destroyed Concrete style Manhole Cover on the pedestrian/cycle path on Goodwood Road near Screwfix. It's right on the roundabout there as seen in the pictures. I would suggest it needs replacing promptly because in its current condition it wouldn't be difficult for it to cause a very nasty injury.
