  • My husband had a serious fall due to the water flowing out from the blocked drain spilling onto the Halford Road Ettington when the road became icy the other day. This caused him to fall on his back trying to walk, but being unable to grip due to the icy road surface made dangerous by frozen water across Halford Road. We wish to register a complaint and are looking for a full explanation as to why the drain and the huge amount of complaints about the drain have not been dealt with, He was very shaken, his shoulder is still painful and his arm is still sore. If his symptoms persist, we will have to seek legal advice against the Highways Depart ent.
