The vehicle is parked on the pavement and partly on a doubly yellow line. Unable to push a pushchair on the pavement because of the vehicle it have been there seen monday afternoon.

  • Red commercial van illegally parked on pavement on opposite side and preventing at least three residents parking on opposite side. Van has a foreign plate and was reported some 3 weeks ago but is still there ?
