When cycling behind new construction huts this area cannot be cycled due to deep ruts in the mud area is always flooded

When cycling East towards Torness along the cycle path next to railway line the area behind the new construction huts Blue Circle ? it is unsuitable for cycling due to deep ruts in the mud and extremely slippy this area is just before turning left and going over bridge . I have removed fallen trees etc The area that needs repaired is only 50 ft long but due to the construction work on going there is no safe alternative. The new cycle path towards Torness is spoiled by the mess at this construction site. Tarmac @ Blue Circle
