Missing man hole cover to sewage mains

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1193118.

The rubbish lorry earlier today took the top of the man hole off to the sewage main. this is now a open hole with approx 3 - 4 ft drop. we have no street lighting and a child or adult could easily fall down injuring themselves
