Reported by tash Shekyls at 11:48, Tuesday 23 January 2018

Sent to St Edmundsbury Borough Council and Suffolk County Council 2 minutes later

Flooding and extreme amount of mud flowing outside property of Saxonsprings cottage. Anglian water were present for a week 24hrs a day, they have churned further mud up from verge of layby with large tankers, this is causing extra water/mud to flow outside of gate, unable to access house or get disabled lady out. some loose tarmac was put down following last complaint re' Greys lane flooding, but this has made the situation worse.
