Destroying grass verge

Here is another example of somebody who regularly parks on a grass verge in Upper Kingston Lane just North of Quay Side and doing a pretty good job of destroying the grass verge. Really not caring about others. Hoping you can have a word or put in some small obstacles to stop parking on the verge.
