Layby has been conned off and out of use owner of Queenford lake seems to have conned it off and has dug a large opening to the lakes, can't see any planing permission online for this

This land is not owned by South Oxfordshire District Council Parks team so we are unable to take any action. This may be a matter for Oxfordshire County Council or the planning team of SODC, I am sorry that the Parks team are unable to help with your enquiry. FixMyStreet need to re-direct this enquiry.
