Still not resolved. No action has been taken. Disappointed to say the least . Still ongoing from Monday.

Just to say the problem was only resolved this morning (Saturday Jan 27th) after I moaned to the LBB helpdesk on Friday afternoon. Up until then NO action had been taken and people were quoting me ridiculous ten day lead times. Have made Nigel Davies at LBB aware and suggested he gets people to at look more closely at reports and supporting photos, then they would have realised this was a precariously balanced large branch hanging over a busy public footpath. Most people don't even bother to report issues and when people like me do, nothing happens UNTIL you chase it yourself. Anyway at least it has been sorted and the only downside is that the poor wood pecker will now have to find a new tree.
