Water leak

Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1189712.

Water is oozing up through the tarmac pavement and trickling into the road which causes a hazard in frosty weather. The water is coming up from a patch of tarmac which has previously been repaired.
