Sent to Charnwood Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1189234.

People are using Ned Ludd close as a car park. They park inconsiderately on the pavements then walk off in to Anstey. Also Contractors lorries and vans left here all weekend. One man leaves his Tarmac lorry out side our house every weekend and he doesn't even live in the Close!!
