Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1189054.

Previously reported numerous times, black Alfa Romeo, untaxed, no MOT, taking up a valuable car parking space in an already overcrowded car park in which non-Tubbs Close residents decide to park as well. Car has been there for months and months. Only moves to take up a different space every 6 weeks or so but never driven in between. Should not be on a public road.
