Sent to East Sussex County Council and Rother District Council 1 minute later

I was attacked by a border terrier which lunged at me and bit me on the leg as I passed it and it's owner. The owner blamed me for the attacked and made no apology whatso ever. I had to have 2 hospital appointments and suffered considerable pain and anxiety following the attack
