High pitch alternating noise throughout the day and night.

Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1185916.

At times during the day and night we can hear a high pitch alternating noise coming from a neighbours garden, we cannot seem to pinpoint it. It is highly irritating and also causes dogs to bark, it is causing loss of sleep and is causing problems for other neighbours have also spoken to.
