Change of lane use making roundabout more dangerous

Reported via Android in the Road traffic signs category anonymously at 20:57, Tue 16 January 2018

Sent to Lancashire County Council 3 minutes later

It looks like the left hand lane (approaching the roundabout from behind GEC Alstom) has had its discipline changed.

There used to be signs on Channel Way telling drivers to use both lanes if turning right, and a right turn arrow in the left lane on the roundabout. Now both of these are gone and there is no update to information for drivers, making the roundabout more dangerous, not less.

This morning I used the right hand lane but others were still using the left lane to turn right, making exiting the roundabout and approaching the lights on Port Way tricky. Having been involved in an accident on this roundabout a month ago where I was in the left lane & a car cut me up from the right lane and damaged my car. I no longer feel safe using either lane to be honest and clarity is required. And fit a speed camera before the roundabout to prevent drivers from speeding down Channel Way so it's easier to get in the right lane.
