Stockwell Close at entrance to Staff Civic Centre Car-Park - Road drain appears blocked causing ponding during rain which leads to passers by being splashed.

  • Thank you for your report. We are investigating this location as per ownership of the asset and whether it is classified as a highways asset or an LBB property asset. This will be ascertained shortly and the assigned contractor notified for cleansing and investigation of the water ponding. Kind regards. LBB NO6 23.1.18

  • Disappointed this has still not been addressed. Pool of water half way across road this morning splashing people walking to the Civic Centre and has caused ice on the footpath on recent cold days. Please address. Thanks.
