Regarding the noisy manhole cover in Altyre Way, opposite Hillcrest Close. The problem has not been resolved despite some work having been carried out recently. If anything, the noise is much worse so maybe it is the cover itself? There are two manholes adjacent to each other but it only takes a moments observation to ascertain which one is causing the problem. At this current time, 7.20am, a car drives over it about every 30 seconds or so therefore you can imagine how very annoying it is! Please could you look again at this problem? I look forward to receiving your reply. Thank you.
