There is currently a private development on Leafy Lane / Cut Throat Lane, planning reference 16/03746/FUL under Stratford Upon Avon LPA which is under construction. Due to the time of year and construction traffic entering & exiting the site the mud and aggregate debris on the road is unexceptable and in my mind dangerous and could cause an accident. I would of expected conditions imposed by the LPA as part of the planning application would be to ensure the road is swept and kept clean? This is not happening.

As explained above for the last week driving to work along Leafy Lane / Cut Throat Lane in Earlswood there has been a large amount of mud and debris on the road adjacent and associated with the building works occurring at Earlswood Court. I have attached a picture of the subsequent planning permissions.
