The road has not be reinstated and there is still a pile of rubble and the barriers

Please can we ask what is happening with the fire hydrant in the road at Thameside North in Henley-on-Thames. Thames Water have been out and replaced the hydrant and concreted around it. The road has not be reinstated and there is still a pile of rubble and the barriers are still there which is causing a lot of congestion as the road is down to one lane.
