Road markings that keep this junction clear has worn away

When the railway lines are down the traffic builds up and blocks this junction. The markings on the road (Keep Clear) have worn away, thus causing a huge backlog up Mill Lane, (see photo) and with the large nuber of new houses, parking by vans on this road, plus the entrance to the amenity tip this is getting even worse, please can these be repainted asap.
