Builders rubbish and waste from renovation project dumped.

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 11:38, Thursday 11 January 2018

Sent to Halton Borough Council 1 minute later

Furniture and builders rubbish from renovation of apartments have been dumped nearby and left there for many weeks now. I included photos with details of the developer. If you are going to say that this is not on Council land, maybe you could first contact the developer and pressure them to move their mess. It is an eyesore on the canalside.

  • The Council apparently TD the property owners, who have done precisely nothing to date.

  • Local Councillor on the case but not shifted to date. Apparently not Council land so don't have funds to remove rubbish in such circumstances.

  • Councillor said that they were badgering property owners, but it's obviously falling on deaf ears!
