Road is obstructed by bits of the garden etc.

Pink House on the end of that Street is putting rubbish and stuff on the highway is taking up to two metres of that highway. It is obstructing the Highway and effecting the residents in the area.

14 Number is reporting it and it is effected by this situation the carers can’t turn their cars on the road because of the obstruction on Road.
