There are still loads of potholes not marked up
Reported in the Potholes category by Sue Cassell at 12:41, Wed 10 January 2018
Sent to East Sussex County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1179985.
There has been some marking up of potholes nearby, but surely those who came to do that must have seen these too. I did report several either side of the marker I place last wee. Can the contractors not come just once and do the lot? This would save another call out
Size: football

White lines round some, but loads more slightly smaller, that they could fix when they do the bigger ones. Saves sending yet another crew out. Better still resurface the whole patch

For your information our Highway Stewards follow set policies and standards when assessing whether repairs are required. These specify that any areas of the carriageway where there is a change in level "greater than 40mm .....and at least 300mm in all other directions" will be scheduled for repair within 28 days. Our Highway Asset Inspection Guidance Document gives further details on the safety intervention levels that we look for, and you can view this document on our website by following this link - http://www.eastsussexhighways.com/ sites/ default/ files/ documents/ pages/ highway_asset_inspection_guidance_document_april_2016_v2_0.pdf
