Broken drain cover on footpath

Broken cover on raised footpath / pavement on blind bend. Been there since late summer. Cover is an old cast iron cover, cracked and no longer covers hole. Hole a few feet deep and represents a serious hazard for people and animals. There are two similar covers in the same place - the other is ok, but may be worth replacing both.
