Prompt attention to potholes. Very inadequate, already breaking up. Have since had site meeting with Highways Dept. They say fallen branches on side of road not their responsibility but the land owners. What if cars are damaged? Some minor work may be undertaken but lack of funds will not permit any effective remedial work. In our opinion the lane will remain in a dangerous condition.

No action to date and the situation is getting worse.

To date no action has been taken by Powys County Council (PCC) and the condition of the lane has deteriorated further. All requests to clear blocked drains and culverts made since 2012 have been ignored. PCC is failing in its duty of care to its Council Tax payers.
