Sent to Leicestershire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1177405.

The drain that was repaired last year has clearly broken again. Water is constantly running across the road. Due to the temperature this is now sheet ice covering both approaches from Willoughby and Bruntingthorpe and the entire intersection. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this is. The likely hood off accident or injury is extremely high
