Flooding affecting roadway and footpath

Since it snowed in late December 2017, there remains a large amount of standing water / flooding affecting the corner of Addison Road and Gilbert Avenue which does not drain away. Vehicles frequently splash through this wetting passing pedestrians. Also the footway alongside Addison Road from Gilbert Avenue to the Sow Brook bridge has water several inches deep over a length of about 50 yards meaning that pedestrians have to walk along the other side of the road. As this involves crossing this busy road twice, I consider this to be a safety hazard.
