Road surface now rapidly breaking up in both directions on A46 between junction with A420 and Upper Swainswick

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 16:13, Friday 2 February 2018

  • Bath council came back advising that the A46 was not their responsibility, and pointed me towards the Highways Agency. At roughly the same time some of the worst potholes on one particular part of the affected section were patched. The remaining unpatched potholes are continuing to deteriorate and run together.
