Standing water after rain.

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1174832.

The area of road holds water for some hours after heavy rain. The culverts are overgrown and blocked stopping water draining into the ditches. The culverts need to be cleaned out/ enlarged to alleviate the problom.
