Road has dipped substantially inside the cycle lane after the junction

Reported in the Potholes category by Sharin Diegan at 15:36, Thursday 4 January 2018

Sent to Southwark Borough Council 3 minutes later

The road has dipped and crumbled substantially within the cycle lane travelling towards Elephant and Castle after you pass through the junction. This has been an issue for a while but the poor weather over the Christmas period has made this much much worse. It is now a substantial danger to cyclists as they will need to swerve outside the cycle lane in a very busy junction to avoid it. Cyclists cannot cycle through it because it is now too deep/dangerous to do so.

I was unable to take a photo because I was cycling and this is a very busy junction so hard to stop to do so.

  • It was fixed but not very well. Still very uneven surface but it is better than before.

    State changed to: Fixed
