Dumping of rubbish

Reported via iOS in the Flytipping category anonymously at 21:54, Sun 31 December 2017

Sent to Breckland District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1170868.

Looks a mess and within the area I see more of this.

  • Disgusting to say the least!

I read reports when the reporter slags off Councils for not removing rubbish straight away, normally any Council will not be aware of dumped rubbish! Why would they, unless someone kindly tells them, what gets my goat is when folk expect the Council to shift rubbish! It's not their rubbish after all is it ?

In my eyes hotspots should have video equipment and when the fly-tippers are caught, they are fined as soon as they find out who they are, not £150 neither but £3,000 and names & shamed.... this would make the fly-tippers think twice.
