Subsidence issue

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1169908.

There is a issue with safe entry to the road as there is a subsidence that has appeared after water works completed and entrance to road and need to be addressed.. also seems to be a issue with previous repairs and general break down of areas .. many thanks
