Dog waste bin missing

Sent to Middlesbrough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1169838.

The dogwaste bin got removed by the council a few weeks ago because it was rusty and the door was missing but when they were taking it away i asked them if they would put a new one there and they said that they would and a few months have gone by and nothing has happend
