Alley way

A few months back i reported that a group of lads where come down the alley behind stuart close, these lads were suspisous. Since then we have had more activity and today at 6.45pm there were once again a group of 8 lads were smoking and clearly doing a drug deal. My main concern is that if cigerettes are not put out properly that the wind could cause them to re-light and cause a fire to the surrounding wooden fences and gardens! It has happened before and nothing has been remotely done. Please look into this matter.
