Drains not coping with rainwater to bottom of street outside 1a

Sent to Dorset County Council and East Dorset District Council 5 minutes later
Following heavy rainfall the drains on the West moors roundabout could not cope with the volume of water and resulted in the water spilling over kerbs and into Martin's Drive causing the gullies here to block due to the volume and amount of leaf litter. Results were a car nearly flooded, a front garden and side garden underwater and a greenhouse flooded. The gullies and gutters are rarely cleaned outside 1a Martin's Drive and they struggle to cope. Please urgently attend to remove all leaf litter from the gutters along the whole of Martin's Drive as this ultimately washes down the hill, causing the gullies block and resulting in what you see in the images. I have more images should you require. This issue has been occurring for a number of years.
