Potholes opening up

Sent to Norfolk County Council 1 minute later
As you exit the A47 westbound carriageway at the A1075, East Dereham there are several deep potholes opening on the start of the sliproad where there is a join in the tarmac surface. This road is unlit and I hit one of these holes in the dark and it shook my car, a motorcyclist would have almost certainly lost control. Also at this location there are no green cats eyes to mark the sliproad.
The road is still continuing to break up with no work done.

The same pothole problem is also now happening on both the east and westbound sliproad on to the A47 at Dereham.
