Streetlight not LED

Sent to Middlesbrough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1168499.

All of the streetlights in the area were changed to LED in late 2016 and a few were left out but the other two that were left out were replaced with other columns but this one has been left out for more than a year and also it doesn't work because people don't think to council has the bulbs for that light fixture anymore
