...And still no change as at 20th January. Some, adequately sure-footed people have been managing to use it, but the photos show the continued lack of any level surface. Still no indication from the county council as to their intentions pursuant to their issue ref: 139565.

Three and a half months on from the report, and four months since the path was ploughed up, still no reinstatement. Photo taken 14.4.2018. The path looks a bot smoother now, than back in December, thanks to weathering of the ploughed surface, and treading by those members of the public who are able to use the path... but still a lamentably uneven surface.

By 7th May 2018 the path surface was still as rough as ever (first attached photo). By 9th May 2018 the field had been drilled, and the path marked out, by the farmer, now with a smoother surface.
THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL NEVER DID ENFORCE THE REINSTATEMENT OF THE PATH, THE WHOLE TIME DURING WHICH THE FIELD WAS IN THE ROUGH PLOUGHED STATE - RIGHT FROM DECEMBER 2017 UNTIL 9TH MAY 2018 WHEN THE FARMER CULTIVATED.THE FIELD.
