Safety barriers/fencing down on construction site

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1168066.

The high winds have caused the safety barriers/fencing to come down on this large construction site. The whole site and the next road are now exposed to the public. There is a lot of dangerous machiney in there and a very large hole, next the the pavement.
