The alley way has become a dumping ground

This was a lovely alley way to walk along, it runs alongside the cemetry and a school and is the shortcut to the Wheatlands' estate. It is a disgrace that this is being allowed to deteriorate in this way, especially when school children have to walk down here every day. What example are we setting for the next generation? Someone's fence has also been torn down to make their garden into a dumping ground which is building up by the day. I can't understand why this area is not monitored and heavy penalies are not applied. I noticed the issue about a month ago and it is getting worse. The issue is all the way along the alley from the Heston Road entrances (both of them as there are 2 entrances) all the way to Wheat lands.
