This problem has been on going fo several months the same car a ford focus AU55 VTT is using other people's parking spaces at the Teasdale estates, Stockton house parking area. Even after tower hamlets homes repeatedly changing keys and locks at service fee payers costs. This individual continues to abuse the system by sourcing keys such as the gurda key and parking illegally knowing the he cannot be clamped since the law was changed in 2012.
