Regular rubbish dumping by female residents
Reported in the Dumped rubbish category by Richard Comaish at 19:32, Mon 18 December 2017
Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1163948.
The elderly resident at 25 Eastwell Close has been regularly dumping rubbish from an upstairs window, with impunity, for years, owing, in part, to the inaction and equivocation of neighbours, local police representatives & Affinity Sutton. Today the situation got worse, toxic asbestos waste being found (see photo).

The site is privatised former council housing. The privatisation process of 1993-4 was demonstrably political & fraudulent. Now neighbours are harassing an older male Labour Party member, long-term, with PCSO and housing officer collusion. What can you expect when Council housing officers are allowed to breach political neutrality & campaign for privatisation, s political goal?

Thank you. I await the further involvement of the company who allocated a deaf-since-birth housing officer to a long-term neighbourhood noise complaint with interest.

Unrinsed spaghetti cans, newspapers, plastic plant pots, you name it - it goes on, with sluttish neighbours protected by slovenly housing officers.

The criminal damage shown was inflicted by the female occupant of no.20 on the morning of 29.1.18. Emergency police attended that day and got her to apologise and sign a Community Resolution Disposal, and promise to mend the damage, but this still hasn't been completed. Altho no.20 is a ground floor flat, the occupant has aided and abetted the practice of dropping litter from a neighbouring first floor flat long-term.
