Two abandoned caravans plus fly tipping
Reported anonymously at 12:21, Mon 18 December 2017
Sent to Babergh District Council and Suffolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1163542.
One abandoned caravan has been joined by a second, and now piles of rubbish can be seen alongside them on the edges of the bank. This lay-by is regularly used by school buses and by walkers visiting the area. It's possible the caravans are inhabited but no sanitary arrangements appear to be in place. The both carry 'police aware' notices.

Not only are the two caravans still in situ, the rubbish surrounding them is getting worse, and someone is now living alongside them in his car, and with no running water or toilet facilities anywhere nearby.

Both caravans and the car are still there, and still inhabited, and the rubbish piles grow and grow. This is situated within an AONB.
