Dangerous box junction

This junction is extremely difficult to cross for those trying to get from one end of Maynard Road to the other, whether walking or driving, due to the non-stop traffic in both directions on Nedham Street. The issue has been present since the roads were built, the box junction does not seem to favour those travelling along Maynard Road. Please consider installing traffic lights instead?
