Broken and severed lamp post.
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 09:59, Thu 14 December 2017
Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1161325.
The lamp post broke due to a recent water leak beneath it, which has now been fixed and the footpath backfilled and made good (11-12/12/17) with a new wearing course. The cut lamp post, which may still be 'live' needs to be made safe and replaced to return the night time light distribution levels on the highway back to an even standard.

This is a continuing health & safety issue and shall need to be reported to LBS's local ward councillors to pursue it internally with their Highways Dept.

The lamp column has been replaced and thereafter a new luminaire body was fitted to it, however the lamp is not yet working.
