Large amounts of rubbish, mostly food waste and packaging is strewn all over the footpath and grassy areas between Anerley Road and Bargrove Close, outside number 11 Bargrove Close. This is a continuous problem due to unsecured residential rubbish. Children play in this area, it really needs to be sorted out.
