Sent to West Sussex County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1159335.

Hi, the top drain in Upper Kingston Lane is blocked with sediment. In the past, if this one is blocked it's not a good sign and leads to flooding further down. Could you please unblock soonest. Thanks Paul
