Road has subsided in 2 places where trenches have been dug and then backfilled

The power company dug trenches in 4 places across the road to the new houses being built on the eastern side of Eastboro Way some weeks ago. 2 of these trenches have subsided and are causing significant holes right the across both sides of the road.
